Former Director, J.D.Birla Institute, Birla School of Management. He is a member of Indo British Scholars' Association and Environmental Fellow, USAEP (under USAID). Recipient of Rashtriya Vidya Saraswati Puraskar 2006. Visiting Professor, Newcastle Business School, U.K. since 2004. Visiting Professor, Sellinger School of Business Management, Baltimore, USA in 1994-95.He has served as Economist/Economics Advisor to several leading corporate houses. He has been National Management Quiz Master from 1996-2002. He has more than 38 years of teaching and research experience.
Dr. Roshmi Roy

Dr. Roshmi Roy is the Director and founder of Aptitudes and Skills Training. A successful educationist for over 33 years, a gold medalist from La Martiniere, she has a Doctorate in English from the University of Calcutta. She won a scholarship to the US, and subsequently worked with D.H.S.S in U.K. She has taught in several institutions across India. She has training in journalism, counselling and Personality Development. She is a certified trainer who is committed to the holistic development of individuals.
Debashis Roy

Debashis Roy is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer from B E College, University of Kolkata with training in finance from TACT Organisation UK and in marketing from IIM Bangalore.
He spent 25 years in Marketing at Mather and Platt Ltd. as Senior General Manager. In 1993 he joined Blue Star India Ltd as Vice-President, Industrial Projects. Subsequently he joined SPML Ltd, a Rs 200 Cr Engineering and Construction Company, as Executive Director and was primarily responsible for International Relations, Joint Ventures, Group PR and HR activities, Corporate Image building and ISO 9001 Certification. He joined Vivendi Water UK PLC, a French Multinational Company as a fulltime Consultant. He has worked as a Professional Manager for over 30 years, covering key corporate functions such as Marketing, Business Development, International Relations, PR, HR, Quality control and Organization building. He is teaching as a visiting faculty since 2005 at MBA, BBA level and now has over 1500 hours of teaching experience.
